Services
Because many of our services involve time, strategy, creative work, digital delivery, setup, consulting, customization, and business planning, all service sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
If a project includes a payment plan, milestone schedule, deposit, or custom scope, those terms may be outlined separately in your invoice, proposal, contract, or service agreement.
Deposits
Deposits used to reserve project time, consultations, setup work, or custom services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Digital Products or Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, templates, downloads, or access-based materials, these are generally non-refundable once delivered or accessed, unless otherwise stated.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a booked session, please provide reasonable notice. We may allow rescheduling at our discretion.
Cancellations by Us
If we are unable to provide a service for reasons within our control and no reasonable alternative can be offered, we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.
Chargebacks
